Every unanswered message is a client booking somewhere else. Here's where most service businesses quietly lose time.
The late-night DM
Someone asks for a Saturday slot. You see it at 9 AM. They booked with the salon down the road at midnight.
The same five questions
Prices, parking, availability, “do you do balayage?” Typing identical answers all day isn’t customer service. It’s a loop.
The follow-up that never happens
Rebooking nudges, review requests, the “how’s the colour holding up?” message. Great ideas, every one. None of them go out.
11:47 PM, handled
Remember that late-night DM? Here's what happens when an automation answers it instead of your morning self.

What I automate
AI automation for salons and appointment-based businesses, built around the tools you already use.
Instagram & WhatsApp DM replies
Instant answers to pricing, availability and FAQs, day or night, written in your voice instead of a robot’s.
Appointment booking
Turns “do you have anything Friday?” into a confirmed slot without ten messages of back and forth.
Reminders & follow-ups
Reminders that cut no-shows, rebooking nudges and review requests that actually get sent.
Captions & hashtags
On-brand Instagram captions with researched hashtags that reach people searching for a business like yours.
Leads into Sheets or your CRM
Every enquiry logged, tagged and sorted automatically, so nothing important lives only in your inbox.
Custom workflows
Got a task you repeat every week? If it has steps, there’s a good chance it can run itself.
Same business. Fewer tabs open.
How it works
Three steps, no jargon, and you stay in control the whole way.
- Step 01
Map it
We walk through your week and pin down the tasks eating it. It’s usually more than you’d guess.
- Step 02
Build it
I design the automation around the tools you already use. No new software for your team to learn.
- Step 03
Hand it over
You get a system that runs quietly in the background, plus a walkthrough so you always know what it’s doing.
Built by someone who's worked the front desk
A lot of automation is built by people who’ve never answered a salon phone with a client mid-foil. I have. I’ve run the Instagram, taken the calls and juggled the appointment book, so the systems I build fit how a service business actually runs, not how a flowchart thinks it does.
Questions, answered
Q01What does AI automation actually do for a salon?
It takes over the repetitive admin that fills your day: answering common DMs, booking appointments, sending reminders and following up with clients. You set the rules once and it keeps running while you focus on the chair.
Q02Will my clients know they’re talking to a bot?
Replies are written in your salon’s tone and use your real prices, services and policies. Anything that needs a human, like a complaint or a tricky colour correction, gets passed straight to you.
Q03Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. I build around what you already have, such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Sheets or your booking system, so your team keeps working the way it does now.
Q04Is this only for salons?
Salons are my speciality because I’ve worked in one. The same systems work for barbers, spas, clinics, gyms, cafés and most appointment-based businesses.
Q05How do we get started?
Send me an email about the task you’re most tired of doing by hand. We’ll work out whether it can be automated and what the simplest useful version looks like.
Stop answering the same DM twice
Tell me which task is eating your week. I'll tell you straight whether it can run itself, and what that would look like.
